	I have a PPP connection between two SCO machines up and
running.  The problem is that when I ping from one to the other, it is
taking 550 - 600ms.  I'm using two Hayes Optima 14.4 v.32bis modems,
and i'd assume that I could get at least 250 - 300ms.  
	I have the rate in /usr/lib/uucp/Devices (and Systems) set to
19200.  In /etc/ppphosts I have VJ, accomp, and protocomp all set.

Anyone have any ideas?
