hi, Anyone out there who uses SNMP to set bridge filters ? The dot1dStatic group of the Bridge MIB (rfc 1286) specifies the way to set filters - using bit strings. Composing this bit-string, and converting it to an octet-string can get very tedious very quickly for a multiport bridge. Do any management stations provide a more user-friendly interface to do this ? I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has experience in this area. _- Vasmi Abidi
