Is it okay to encode NetworkAddress in a Trap-PDU of type 04 rather than 40 ?
The grammar states NetworkAddress is CHOICE of IpAddress which is
Application[0] Implicit type OCTECT STRING. Since there is only one choice and
that is an implicit type, can the implicit type be encoded in the pdu
rather than the explicit type of 40?
