Emerson / Liebert are the only Company to offer UPS with built in SMPS
capability. This Company have put a MIB into the Public Domain and it
is the basis for the UPS MIB
 
Emerson / Liebert also offer SNMP capability using a proxy agent running
on a coupled computer.
