I am looking for two pieces of information that are
related.

o The names of companies in Tokyo that contract out
technical writers for Japanese computer manuals. That
is, Japanese native speakers who are technical writers.
I am NOT looking for translators. I am looking for
Japanese writers trained in writing technical documents
  for a Japanese audience.

o Any documentation that discusses writing technical manuals
  for a Japanese audience.

Please forward any suggestions to my internet address.
Thanks in advance.
