I'm running a Pentium 133 and using a cable modem and while I sometimes
have trouble with starting up the 2.1.3 version (never happened before)
it didn't slow down my internet activities. It did slow down booting up
of my system but it was because we've had a sudden power failure here
during a big download but after reinstalling ZA everything returned to
normal.
