I hope this is the right newsgroup.  If not, would you point me out to
the right one?

I've been toying with the idea of becoming a QA consultant.  I'm
interested in hearing from QA consultants on what it's like to be one. 
I'm curious to know how much to charge a client, day-to-day activities,
how you build your client base, etc.  Most importantly, I want to know
what kind of clients you have turned down.
