Location: Redmond, WA Contact: Mike Frazier Email: a-michfr@microsoft.com TEST MANAGER Primary responsibilities include planning and staffing management of technical resources for projects; acting as a supervisor and mentor to subordinates; managing technical discipline related issues and performance reviews of direct reports; preparing and reviewing test plans, test specifications, and test scripts; communicating and defending test approach and identifying risks and software limitations; and using automated software testing tools, including Raid and Test Case Manager. Qualifications should include a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field, at least 3 years experience testing client/server (multi-tiered) systems using Microsoft technology, and at least 3 years technical knowledge of SQL servers. Prior development experience required. Working knowledge of Windows NT server and workstation 3.51 or greater required. A BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems preferred.
