I am pretty sure that every powerplant (nuclear or not) uses many
programs, some of them subject to the Y2K bug.  However, I would expect
the programs responsible for plant safety to run on dedicated real time
systems, responding to measurements, and using interval timers.  I
really don't see where the Y2K problem could appear in such an
environment (unless there was some really stupid design involved; not
impossible, but neither too likely).  Date calculations might be used to
trigger some reports, maybe.
