Richard PMFJI but I read your note on the A4 I have one which serves as a second computer at home with a 'Mitac' keyboard plugged in. The A4, most of the time when it switched on does not recognise that there is a keyboard plugged in. The three lcds flash but then the Num Lock light stays off and the keyboard will not type onto the screen. The mouse works ok though. Switching the computer on and off, or unplugging the keyboard and plugging it in again will eventually get the A4 to recognise it. Any idea what is wrong? Or how I can improve the situation? Thanks for your help. -- /\/\ike Binks | On a RiscPC in Galloway | Christian by persuasion mike@binks.clara.net | Fire Safety by profession
