I asked for one of these but the installer was definitely not SA
compatible. Perhaps they sent me something else by mistake!

Seems Opus give better support than Sibelius and Ian Beswick isn't
paid AFAIK.

So why doesn't M$ bother? They make a lot and arguably lose a lot but
it doesn't seem to have hit them too badly. Lotus Smart Suite
isn't copy protected and the amount of software you get for the
price is huge. Serious professional users are not going to risk piracy
and no sensible schools will, given the inspections etc. Casual users
will be unlikely to fork out 1000 ukp anyway. A start up banner with
the users unique reference number and name together with each music
file stamped with the same should be enough.
