Could someone please supply me with a demonstrably working example of the use of poll words with Wimp_Poll(Idle) under RiscOS3, i.e. the new extension allowing one to do a Wimp_Poll and have the wimp pass control back to you when a given word of memory becomes non-zero? I have tried using this facility - it didn't seem to work, either under 3.0 or 3.1, although it was documented in the developer pre-release notes. These notes also cited NetFiler as a module that used the facility - I disemboweled that module and extracted the appropriate code, which also failed to work... --Clive.
