Amiga is slogging it out quite well when it comes to getting into the big games of computer animation for real professional productions however, The SGI stuff is better, more mature etc. SGI stuff is too expensive in most cases however. You NEED a geometry engine to do good animations, especially with a limited production sceduel. The new AAA chipset is interesting but its still not a geometry engine. James
