Ok I got AmiTCP/Amosaic up

I got them up but when I connect it takes five minutes or more to get the
Amosaic home page.  Once there it I haven't been able to get anywere else. 
It takes to long.  I tried to go to my sevice provider home page and it
sends http and starts recieving but never connects ( give upa after 10
minutes).  Help please.  

I also don't get the good grachics.  I don't know what datatypes I need or
were to get ones I don't have.
