AmiTCP goes through a few stages on URL lookup...

First, it 'Looks Up' the URL. Then, it 'Makes Contact' to the URL. Then it
'Sends Request' to the URL. Then it 'Waits For Reply' from the URL. Finally it
loads.

If your problem is in the first, 'Looking Up URL', stage, your Nameserver is
probably entered incorrectly.

If you problem is in the second, 'Contacting URL', stage, your problem is most
likely your IP address. Now it gets confusing. You're best off emailing with
your setup because there's way to many variables to mention. Is your system on
SLIP, PPP, or some kind of SLIP/PPP emulation like TIA? Is your system address
dynamic (do they change every time you login)? Do other programs like FTP and
telnet work?
