Take a squiz at what Dave Freeman (dfreeman@icecave.apana.org.au) wrote: :-> I am running a system here that includes an AXsh shell environment and :-> an AmiTCP v3.0b2 network setup. I'm running it on a similar setup (amitcp etc.), but the thing pretty much crashes (on the tnserv amiga) every other command issued. It then doesn't clean up what its crashed. If telnet in enough times and try things out, the tnserv machine will just crash. It doesn't seem to matter from what machine I initiate the telnet connection from (I just tried from my Linux box, and the same thing just happened). Its pretty darn unstable if you ask me. :-> What sort of settings does telnet on NetBSD expect to make use of? :-> What about the stuff that AXsh assumes? Is is possible that I am :-> looking at a simple tty setting incompatibility or something? I really don't see why serving a telnet connection from an Amiga could crash a NetBSD setup. You'd think it would be the other way around! :-> |~~~~~~~~~~| dfreeman@icecave.apana.org.au | -= The Ice Cave =- | -- J.B.
