Your best bet is to grab the Demon specific AmiTCP installer from
ftp.demon.co.uk:/pub/amiga/installer/tcp, install
that, then run Miami's install. That should get the Demon specific
bits set up (including a UUCP setup which you'll need for mail and
probably news) so that you just need to import them into Miami,
there's also a doc file (possibly an installer) on going from AmiTCP
to Miami on there somewhere too (check the index file in /pub/amiga/)

You might also want to use the offline news stuff in that installer
too, mNews is an online reader and as such it'll cost you a ton to
read news like that (UK telephones costs being as they are) The other
software listed will be no problem.

PS. Cc'd to poster, xpost and followups to demon.ip.support.amiga,
where you'll find the rest of us hiding ;-)

PPS. No flames please about suggesting he gets the AmiTCP installer,
I've done so as it really does make installing Miami for use with
Demon a whole lot easier.
