Please note that normal size is 512 bytes, not 512 kbytes.

The use of a bigger sectorsize has two sides.

   1) Faster access to the files contens.
   2) Every file will fill a given number of sectors.

Thus, if I had a sector size of 2048bytes, then I would use 106 kbyte for
the files in my s: directory (Provided they all are smaller then 2kbyte).
But if I had the sector size of 512, then my s: dir only tages about
50 kbytes. This is because most of the files are more then 512 bytes, and
thus will have to fill two sectors.

Hope this is understandable.
