and the management of projects that use object oriented techniques. An
overview of Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques provides the
foundation for the discussion of project management issues. This
presentation is based on the actual experiences of the authors in
introducing OO technology to their organization. It takes a very
practical view of the issues involved in managing OO projects.
Topics covered include:
~ Why Use Object Oriented Methodology
~ The Methodology
~~ Object Oriented Analysis
~~ Object Oriented Design
~~ Object Oriented Development Life Cycle
~ Managing The Development Cycle
~~ Resources Needed
~~ Milestones
~~ Documentation
