Hello.  I am a grad student at Texas Tech University working 
on my dissertation which involves the DECtalk device.  I am 
trying to find people who have experience programming the 
DECtalk, especially using BASIC and the VMS Run Time Library 
routines.  I would greatly appreciate any response.
