We've got a couple of brand-spanking-new DECstation 5000/240's , and no monitor. So, we're trying to bring up a Wyse terminal as our system console, but no matter what we do, nothing seems to work. The terminal stays dead as a doornail. We have tried communications port 2 and 3. We've tried typing blindly. We also have tried pulling the keyboard cable, but we don't have a terminator for that port. We are also at our wit's end. Does anybody have any experience with this or some helpful suggestions? Thanks very much, Steve Rodrigues & others
