Why do they occur? What rate indicates a problem? :^() What software is likely to cause them? When should I start to worry? :^() I tried to get that information out of them, as soon it was explained to me. As far the rate goes, depending on the activity machine 10-20/week is probably nothing to worry about, but 20 in a day should be something that should be looked at. I can see the support people wrangling over this one (personally, they should never of turned it on - I think it will cause them more harm then good, i.e. plethora of customers demanding CPU swaps). As far as why they are logged and in what circumstances, I could not get an answer. Maybe Marcus or Terry might be able to find out for us? Max -- Max Maklin P.O.
