The Model 33 is a Personal DECstation using the 33 MHz daughter
card. The Model 133 is a DECstation Model 100 using the same
33 MHz daughter card. The difference is that two different
systems use the came CPU daughter card.

Here's a summary of the Personal DECstation base system.

Two available TURBOchannel slots.
Baseboard frame buffer graphics 1024 x 768, 72 Hz, 8 plane.
Built-in audio hardware and speaker.
Thick wire Ethernet controller.
Synchronous SCSI controller.
One EIA-232 serial line with full modem Control.
Memory capacity: 40 MB using MS01-CA memory.
Internal drive capacity;
    Slot 1 - 3.5" FDI diskette drive RX26.
    Slot 2 - 3.5" SCSI hard disk (RZ23L, RZ24L or RZ25).

And the summary for the DECstation 5000 Model 100 series.

Three TURBOchannel slots.
Thick wire Ethernet controller.
Synchronous SCSI controller.
Two EIA-232 serial communication ports.
Memory capacity: 128 MB using MS01-CA memory.
Internal drive capacity:
    Slot 1 - Removable media; RX23, RRD42, TZK10 or TLZ06
    Slot 2 - 3.5" SCSI disk.
    Slot 3 - 3.5" SCSI disk.

The particular features of one system better match your requirements.
If you don't need the audio capability of the Personal DECstation,
but do need the extra memory, then the Model 100 series is probably
your choice.
