Help Needed for DecWriter 3

I need to know the settings for flow control on a DecWriter 3
terminal.  It seems that there are 5 settings when I scan through
with the "m" key in setup mode.  What do these settings correlate to?  
I'm tring to set the terminal up as a printer on a SYSV r3 machine, 
and i'm loosing characters.
