Ultrix 4.2a on CD-ROM NOT!

Greetings,

I have some questions about Ultrix 4.2a:

(1) Does anyone know for sure whether Ultrix 4.2a is available on CD-ROM?

(2) Will DEC install Ultrix 4.2a on a factory disk drive for a
DECstation5000/240?

We are interested in a SZ12 expansion box for an RZ58 1.3G disk drive.
Since no internal drives can be installed on a 240, it is not clear
whether Ultrix 4.2a is installed at the factory when the DEc disk drive
options are selected.

As I understand, Ultrix can come installed on the 125 and possibly the
200.

Please e-mail relevant information. Thanks,
