scsi 8mm drive on MV3100 w/ Ultrix

We have a MV3100 running Ultrix 4.1.  We would like to add one of our 8mm
Emulex scsi drives to it.  Can someone tell me what device I need to make
(MAKEDEV) in order to setup a driver for it?
