Any details of DEC message router protocol?

Has anybody got any details of the DEC message router protocol?

Is it the same as mail11 (the standard DECnet mail protocol) or is it
more complex. I suspect the latter.

I ask because I am interested in writing a channel for PP to handle it.

Mail me for preference, as I don't usually read this group (although I'll
keep an eye on it for the next week or so).

Many thanks
