HP provides three different kits (3 colors) which include
the mounting rails and replacement 5-1/4" half-height bezels.
The original bezel and door unsnap and are replaced by the new
bezel and door.  The process can be reversed at a later date,
if you wish to go back to 3-1/2" form factor (save the bezel/door).

These kits are about $30 from distributors of HP products:

HP 35470-90-500 mounting kit for 5-1/4" form factor (beige)

HP 35470-90-300 mounting kit for 5-1/4" form factor (black)

HP 35470-90-100 mounting kit for 5-1/4" form factor (grey)
