I just bought an HP 4c scanner and installed the deskscan 2.3.1 software. I tried to do a select source in a number of programs, and all of them claim the twain.dll isn't in the windows directory. (I checked and it is in the windows directory and the windows\twain and the windows\twain_32 directories. The 32 bit drivers seem to have installed correctly since the Freecell solitare game works fine. Does anyone have any suggestions? I called HP and the 30-40 minute toll call is a little too frustrating.
