Those are mostly Amiga modes, with the last one looking vaguely
like a C64 resolution.

I think it's about time I coded up a small PC .GIF/.LBM viewer for
these pictures... This question has popped up too many times.  I've
figured out some of the odd ones, like 320x256, and with Liket's
help I'm sure I can figure out the others.

So, 320x200, 320x400, 320x256, 320x512... Any others?  I want this
to work on a standard VGA card, so no 640x(>400) modes (only 256K of
video memory), but I'd be happy to support any of the other modes
out there, and I can get 640x200 and 640x256 working, I'm sure.
Are there any other modes/resolutions that I'm forgetting?
