Someone at FAA will Fry for Not Responding to A Call Made From Martha's vinyard airport

A call was placed to FAA 20 min. after Kennedys plane disappearance from a
worker at Marthas Vin Airport, but the ATC person who took the call
appeared to diss the caller. In reading the transcripts he appeared to be
a smart ass and gave the caller a hard time. If he had taken the call
seriously could it have been possible for a better chance to locate the
downed plane?...and possibly find survivors?

Hmm...if that turns out to be true, then he probably will fry. But it
won't be just him...I'm sure the "blame game" spin machine is already
in motion. I'm thinking:

1) The Piper Company will get the anal probe treatment.
2) The ground school that taught JFK,jr. will get a-probed as well.
3) The instructor(s) will come under suspicion.
4) The guy who sold JFK, jr. the plane will be questioned as well.

Granted, most common-sensical people will blame pilot error/inexperience
on this tragedy and leave it at that, but you can bet the conspiracy
nuts will be out in full force in a few weeks as this finally starts to
sink in.

Hey, Neal...yeah, I see him posting every now and then. Still slams the
regulars on Delphi (you know about what, I'm sure). :)

Yes, I forgot about them as well. There will be others, too. Those
were just the one's that I could think of right off the top of my head.
Who knows? Even the family of the two deceased daughters may say
something as well...time will tell.

My hunch is that the NTSB et. al. will find themselves under very heavy
pressure to find something besides "pilot error." The Kennedy's are no
stranger to that kind of hardball, and none of the Kennedy sycophants in the
media seem ready or able to accept the possibility that the poor sucker just
made a mistake. That's not the kind of legacy they're interested in
building for him, regardless of whether it is true or not.

Some aviation/writer person has already mentioned that that series of craft
had a recall sheet for their alternator belt, the loss of which would have
caused him to lose all instrumentation after 1/2 hour. So, they're already
searching mightily for that angle. My last thoughts on this subject are:
I'll be very suspicious if some sort of miracle mechanical problem pops up
out of the blue, but in the end that's something we will never know for
sure.

And on the slight chance that some mech failure did happen, all I can say
is, "That poor S.O.B. That really is a pretty shitty way to go out."
However, had he stayed within his limits, (flying under clear, daytime
conditions), maybe even he would have survivied a catastrophic instrument
failure. But I still would be a lot less critical of him than if he just
took off, succumbed to vertigo, and splashed with two people on board,
(which is what I strongly assume).

Heya Blue!!!

Holy moly. I didn't make the connection with you and your quote on the
bottom until Neal spoke up. I haven't been to Delphi in eons. :) Nice to
see ya. Hope the writing's going well, better than mine, at least. :)

OK, Neal and D. Miller, just so I can sleep tonight I've got to make
sure this is clear...

Though I am a frequent snooper/sometimes poster on Delphi, I am NOT
Bluevoss...I do go under the handle "Blue J." though. J.J. is the first
initials of my name. I asked Bluevoss if I could use his witty post as
my own sig file and he kindly allowed me to do so, hence his "name" at
the end.

Just making sure you guys don't start telling me secrets or something
personal. :)

According to CNN, the Boston Globe broke the story. But the
full transcript does not seem to be published, at least not
online:

OK, let's get it started, AND have fun with it: JFKJr. was assassinated by
agents
aligned with the Trilateral Commission, the Rothschilds, Her Majesty
Elizabeth II,
Queen of the United Kingdom, and masterminded by Tinky-Winky the Teletubby.

Why was he assassinated ??? He was in reality, an agent of the Vast,
Right-Wing
Conspiracy to Discredit the Clintons and Ban Bikini Underwear for Men:
recruited
by uber-right-wing-conspirator Arnold Schwarzenegger as part of the planned
"burrowing" into the Kennedy Clan.

<Y'know, the really funny thing is, something almost exactly like this will
no doubt
show up on alt.conspiracy by the end of the week, except THAT poster will be

serious, and also neglect to point out that Tinky-Winky is the true evil
mastermind
behind it all. . .>

Nonsense, he's just finished his plastic surgery on Bora Bora, and in four
years he'll return to run for President under a new name and identity.

Yogi,

Since little John was flying at night and in hazy weather, I highly doubt
that a search could've been mounted until the next day anyway. It would
have made no difference except maybe to recover the bodies a little more
quickly. As it is, it took over 4 days (and nights) of searching to find
them...a few hours would not have mattered.

Having said that, I kind of agree with you and I'm sure everyone will be
searching for someone else to blame besides little John's stupidity. After
all, the precious Kennedys can do no wrong. And flying at night in
marginal skies with little experience while carrying two passengers could
NEVER qualify as stupid. Besides, everyone knows that Hillary had him
bumped off because he was considering running for the NY Senate seat in
2000. ;-)

Actually Tinky-Winky was only acting at the behest of Sarah
Mclaughlan and the rest of the demons of Lilith Fair who
want to lure your children into lesbianism and satan
worship...

The controller is ALWAYS the first one the blame is pinned on. Lets face
it, he made a bad decision and payed with his life and the lives of his
wife and in law.

Thanks for the reference. It's interesting that the FAA received
the call so soon after the radar track disappeared. Since the
call came from an airport employee on Martha's Vinyard at the
request of the people who were waiting for Kennedy there,
he must have called ahead and told them exactly when he expected
to arrive.

The autopsies on the three bodies show that they died instantly on impact, so
obviously nothing could have been done so save them.

Thats true but what if....the autospies showed they drowned after being in
the water for an hour? The FAA guy still would have taken the careless
attitude, how will he react now if he gets a similar call? I bet he wont
do it again. Luckily for him they did die on impact.
