Well, maybe we've been lucky over on this side of the Pacific, but the
LSI corp. support we've had through the component distributership 
"Reptechnic", based in Sydney, has been terrific.  Calls were usually 
promptly returned, and lots of very esoteric technical questions
were answered competently, often on the spot, and with a clear 
familiarity to the issues.

I was lucky in _often_ talking to another Engineer:  John Shean 
( Sheehan? Shear? - something like that )  who's knowledge & consistent 
follow-up quite frankly made my job easier.
