Hello,

If i power on my computer it says: Bad checksum. Press F2 to enter
BIOS setup. If i press F2 my computer will start up, but when i want
to enter the BIOS setup after reboot, the main setup screen flashes on
the screens once and then the screen turns black and the monitor goes
into stand by. Only power off - power on will restart the computer.

How can i solve this problem. I have to make some BIOS settings. I
don't know exactly what type the main board is, but i do know it is an
AMI MB with an AMI bios and a Intel 440 LX chipset and the code is
61-0118-004500-00111111-071595-440LX-PPLX0118-H. I also don't have the
manual. I tried to search the AMI.com site, but no help there.

Please help me.
