Hi,
I am trying to identify my motherboard so that I can consider my options
with regards to BIOS upgrades. I have the manual but nowhere does it specify who
or where it was made.

The cover states that it is the

	P5I437P4/FMB

	- 2.5V Circuit on board ready for the P55C
	- Intel's F437 chipset
	- Supports 4x72pin SIMMS, expandible to 128Mb
	- Supports EDO/Hyper Page mode DRAM, as well as Standard Page mode DRAM
	- Supports Write-Back Cache policy for 256Kb/512Kb L2 Cache
	- Supports Burst, Pipelined Burst or Asynchronus Cache
	- Supports PIO and Bus Master IDE
	- Supports up to Mode 4 Timings
	- Supports transfer rates upto 22Mb/S
	- Supports 2 Fast IDE interfaces for upto 4 IDE devices
	- Supports 2 Green modes: standby and suspend
	- 4 x ISA slots and 4 x PCI slots
	- Uses the Winbond IO chip W83787
	- Supports upto 2 floppy drives
	- One game port
	- ALL IO ports can be enabled/disabled
	- Two high speed 16550 compatible UARTS with 16-byte send/receive FIFOs and support MIDI mode
	- One parallel port, with switchable address and multi-mode selection(SPP/EPP/ECP)
	- Licensed advanced Ami WinBIOS, Supports Flash ROM BIOS, PnP ready

Any help finding out who makes this board so I know what I'm looking for is
greatly appreciated. Currently I have it equipped with

	- P5-166
	- 32Mb Standard DRAM's (2x16)
	- 2.5Gb Quantum
	- SB32 PnP Card
	- 8x CD-Rom (running of EIDE controller)
	- 3.5" & 5.25" Floppies
	- ET4000/W32 PCI
	- Conner Tape-Stor 800

	Thanks for any help...
