You suggest this is a universal feature yet I can find nothing in the docs of these 2 products which I use. Minuet for DOS is not even bright enough to download headers only ... it dumps the whole news article to disk and only then lets you scan them locally ... if you can help me stop it downloading these very long irrelevant posts it would be much appreciated.
