Not only that, but with my Pentium 166MMX & 32M of RAM I can run a DOZEN
Windows and DOS programs at a time EASILY -- I often lose track of how
many apps I've got running.

I've heard Win98 takes a costlier CPU/RAM config to do HALF that (i.e. run
only 6 equivalent programs), so why bother "upgrading"? Especially if Mom
and/or Dad are no longer paying for your little "hobbies"?

Ever thus with Micro$oft. Thank goodness I got Win3.1 FREE years ago.

Of course the Upgrade Advocates are welcome to prove to me that your New
Improved stuff really IS better: just install on my machine FOR FREE the
following FREE hardware: a "better" CPU (a PII-300?), 96 more megs of RAM
(EDO is fine, unless you want to make it 128MB of the snazzy new SDRAM
everybuddy's talkin' about), a larger EIDE HD (2G?), and of course a
CD drive (at least 24X) to hold the Win98 installation CD which you will
of course ALSO provide FOR FREE.

Then and only then will I test out your Brand Spanking Latest Micro$oft
Operating System. And to sweeten the deal, I'll provide my resulting
evaluation to you for only $1.98 -- drastically reduced!

C'mon, anybuddy wanna CONVERT me?
