No one with a degree in computer science would want to work at a discount
retail outlet for a $6.00 hourly wage without any benefits nor commission
when jobs paying many times that amount with great benefits are readily
available elsewhere. The only way for Best Buy to hire well-qualified
individuals would be to pay them commensurate with their experience which
means YOU would be paying a hell of a lot more money for the things you
buy there, right? Good personnel do not come cheap.
