I'd go farther and say that the offer was in fact reasonable, not just seemingly reasonable. The poster came in 5 weeks after the purchase and wanted a refund. According to their store policy, they could've flat out refused, but instead they offered a refund by store credit. This was a good customer service approach. The original poster's fixation on getting a cash refund after so long was clearly unreasonable. Frank Garcia (remove NOSPAM to reply by email)
