Could some kind soul recommend a 486 Motherboard with the
following characteristics:

Guaranteed to work with a 5v 486DX2 80
256K 15NS(or better) cache
8 30 pin simms (highly preferred but 4 30 and 4 72 might be acceptable)
6-8 ISA slots
1-2 VLB slots
Built in Enhanced IDE, FD, I/O (16550) controller
current AMI Bios 
Doesn't have the OPTI chipset.

I've searched in vain throughout the Computer Shopper and have struck out.
Is there such a board?  If not, I'd also like recommendations for the
above excluding the built-in IDE/FD/IO and with 2 VLB slots.
