I'm looking to buy a good color scanner for a Gateway 2000 486.
I've only used Mac scanners, so I'm not sure what brands the "good PC"
scanners are. I've seen lots of ads for MicroTeks, Avec Colours and
Envisions. I want a sturdy, reliable, easy-to-use scanner and am
willing to pay between $600-$800. Any suggestions?

(Also, are there any newsgroups where scanners are discussed?)
