Can anyone help me to identify 2 serial cards I've found in a cupboard.
(yes...no manuals..predictable isn't it..!)

Card No 1

Chips   :   4 PC16550CV/NS16550AFV surface mounted (space for another 4)
DipSw   :   1 bank of 8 switches
Jumpers :   block of 10x3 jumpers
Writing :   Technology Concepts Ltd 1991

Card No 2

Chips   :  4 TL16C550AN Socketed
DipSw   :  2 bans of 8 switches
Jumpers :  None
Writing :  Across the Board 'FASTCOM:4W'
           Underneath the Board 'Commtech, Inc Wichita, KS'

I've tryed to find out these companies address's, phone numbers but no
luck so far...Technology Concepts Ltd UK, know nothing about it...!

Any help would be gratefully recieved. !!!
