Just my 2p worth - if you want a faster board, why don't you just get 
one _now_?  Overclocking can, and often does, work very well.  But some
motherboards do not really take to being overclocked - if you want a faster
board, now is probably the best time to get it. If you really want speed,
why not look at a PCI/Pentium M/B?
