Well for starters READ and understand the error :)

It says Invalid configuration information, this says to me that his BIOS 
information is not correct :)

So, reboot the computer, hit DEL or whatever to getinto the bios, and 
setup his drive info again....

If this doesn't work, try the drive on another computer, to see if theres
a BIOS or drve fault...
