That's "Sean Murphy".

But why mess around?  Write to the CEO - I forget his name but it's
in the documentation you get with Zeos computers, and probably in
some adverts.

I did, and I got a reply from Sean Murphy, who eventually fixed most 
of my dissatisfaction.

Note "write".  Paper communication may take longer but seems to get
better results.   (One reason might be that it offers more scope for
delegation -- you might *never* get the CEO to call you back, but he
undoubtedly has a secretary who can identify someone in the organisation
who might actually help you).
