I think that everyone here has had _more_ than enough posts from you
about this.  And, not say that 3DNow! is useless or anything, I highly
doubt the 80% number in the real world.  Its probably just one of
those benchmarks that AMD and Intel both use that only showcase the
couple of functions that are actually faster.
