No, ZIF version 3 doesn't automatically mean it has 3.3 Volts power
supply. I am going to buy a Soyo motherboard this week with a "ZIF socket 3",
with a 486DX2-66MHz which uses 5 Volts. The color of the socket is white.
The motherboard I want to buy has a Green PC function and a LOT of jumpers.
Perhaps also a jumper to set the processor voltage to 3.3V, I don't know.

Furthermore, I've heard the first version of the ZIF socket is blue, and
I don't know about the ZIF socket version 2. Some people say the blue ZIF
socket will NOT be compatible with the P24T (Pentium Overdrive), because
of heat problems, and in one store somebody told me the ZIF socket 2 can
blow up the processor in rare cases... (I don't know if that is true).
