Hey folks,

  I am looking for:  1) a PC-based anagram maker 
                        (Turbo C or Turbo Pascal), and

                     2) a decent PC editor.

  I sort of like EDT keypad definitions, but if you're gonna make fun of me
and tell me to use vi, at least make a convincing argument :]
