David, There is a shareware program "Serial File 3.1" of on the local
BBS it is "SFCOPY31". You connect a null-modem cable between PCs and
away you go. I have a commerical program called "XPORT" that does the
same. I bought it before the shareware became available. If it is not on
you BBS let me know and I will DL it and send it to you. (3.5 or 5.25
media?)
