I need to be able to display TIFF format maps on VGA &/or EGA on
	a pc.

if someone could send me ( or point me in the direction ) of some
source in pascal or c ( or c++) to do this or in some way be of
	assistance i'd be very grateful.

					thanks in advance,

							Iain.
