Hi all, My computer is a 486 PC. In Eudora, I press `attach document` -> the name of a gzip-ed file -> send. In receiving file by Eudora, it prompt me for a directory. Fine! It works for files less than 20Kb though my heart seems to beat faster than usual in observing the long process of receiving. For file of say 100KB, during receiving the file was broken into several parts. But the content of the broken files seemed to have undergone some sort of unknown encoding. So the question is: How to send/receive 100KB gzip-ed file through e-mail? Could you please join the game if you have time and come up with a solution? Best Wishes, TangSimon@cuhk.hk PS My friend cannot access a ftp or WWW site.
